What really makes you sick?

Makes you sick:

The unexpressed emotions.

The Negative Thoughts.

The chronic stress

Anxiety about the future.

The sadness of the past.

The limits you don't put.

The constant self- demand.

Words not expressed.

The suppressed weeping.

WHERE DOES HEALTH COME FROM?

Health doesn't always come from genes or good habits.

Most times it comes from peace of mind, peace in heart and spirit.

It comes with laughter, good humour even in the worst moments, genuine acceptance of oneself and others.

It comes with the MUSIC that makes us happy and speeds up our neurons.

It comes with LOVE and caring for ourselves and acceptance of others.

It comes from healthy and indispensable foods, which provide us with energy and which are not properly on a balanced plate. For example, in the calories of a tight hug even at a distance.

In the proteins of a I love you" I love you I adore you."

In the omegas of a “Here I am”.

Of the dopamine that immediately generates a..."You look incredible."

In anti-cancer per excellence who provide the undisputed honesty and the faithful companionship of friends and family.

In all of the above, always accompanied by the other antioxidants that don't exactly come in a glass of red wine, but the conversation with that special person who listens to you and makes you feel that that's the right time for both of you. In the blessings and good wishes, that we give and receive daily and every moment. In prayers, we lift up for others and for ourselves.

In the sincerity with which we perform our acts of charity and good, without knowing to whom. In our FAITH, in the acceptance, that everything that happens to us, even without understanding it, is the true plans of God/Universe for us, and that these will always be better than our plans...
