First Session
Before the Session: Reiki Healing – Massage Therapy – Hypnotherapy & NLP – Holistic Facial
Consultation:
The client will be asked to complete a consultation form providing information about her/his medical history, current mind/body health condition, and what the client hopes to achieve from the session.
Then Cristina will explain all the details about the session.
After the Session:
Cristina, with over 25 years of international expertise as a Nurse/Healing/Holistic Practitioner, will give a clear explanation of the client’s body/mind/emotional health condition.
After any session, it's common to experience a range of physical and emotional sensations. Some individuals might feel tired or experience an emotional release, while others might feel refreshed and energized. It's also normal to feel a sense of calm and clarity.
To support the healing process, Cristina will explain and recommend different ways to practice at home to maintain positive results (like Meditation & Mantra, Intuitive Power Healing, breath work and more).
