Pranayama - Asanas - Yoga Nidra

This yoga class is for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. 

Pranayama (breathing technique) include Kapalabhati, and Nadi Shodhana. Regular practice increases and enhances the quantity and quality of prana (breath) clears blocked nadis (energy meridian) and chakras (energy center wheels), as results the practitioner feels energetic, enthusiastic and positive. Practiced correctly under the right supervision pranayama brings harmony between the body, mind and emotions, making one physically, mentally and spiritually strong.

Yoga asanas provides deep restoration to your body, emotions and mind. And to make your practice more effective, it’s ideal to end your yoga sequence with yoga nidra.

Yoga nidra, we consciously take our attention to different parts of the body, which activates the nerves in those areas and helps to integrate the impact of the asanas (yoga postures) into our system.
